At the start of each academic year the Leadership Team work together to reflect and evaluate the impact of previous actions and outcomes and set new priorities for the year ahead. The plan is written to ensure there is a cycle of continued and sustained improvement to enable every child to receive an excellent learning journey through our school and be well equipped for their next steps.
